These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hn777 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://hn777.pro ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, placing a bet, or accepting a bonus — you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement is written in English and the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation. To register an account on the hn777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gaming or sports betting activities;
• You have not previously had an hn777 account suspended, restricted or closed for breach of these Terms;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a preferred payment method. hn777 reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any stage of your account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal.

Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, and per device. hn777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hn777 account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account.

You must notify hn777 immediately via our support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, believe your credentials have been compromised, or notice any transactions you do not recognise. hn777 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Currency

The hn777 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings are denominated in PKR. Currency conversion may apply where a payment method transacts in a different currency; applicable conversion rates will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your hn777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules before final closure. hn777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account — with or without prior notice — in the event of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed inactive. hn777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances, subject to prior notice to the registered email address, in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

hn777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and Cryptocurrency. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. hn777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the selected payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment network.
• hn777 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• hn777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment methods only. The method must match the name on your hn777 account.
• Withdrawals for accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not be processed until verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa is within minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• hn777 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

All bets and gaming activity on the hn777 Platform are governed by these Terms and any specific product rules published within the relevant section of the Platform (e.g., sportsbook rules, live casino rules, and slot game rules). In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

Sportsbook

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. hn777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds.
• hn777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by irregular or suspicious activity, regardless of the outcome.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. hn777 is not responsible for delays in data feeds that may affect in-play bet acceptance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed within the sportsbook.

Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories.
• In the event of a game malfunction, all wagers and payouts for the affected round are void. hn777 is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by real-time dealer actions. The result displayed at the conclusion of each round is final.

Slots

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available upon request from our support team.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment.

hn777 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all hn777 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion period, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• hn777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. Bonuses already accepted and in the process of being wagered will be honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple accounts, or in breach of any of these Terms will be forfeited and the relevant account suspended.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on certain game types (e.g., live dealer tables, specific slots) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are set out in individual bonus terms.
• hn777 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player is eligible for any particular promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hn777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant regulatory or law-enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such exploits must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any wagering strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than participate in good-faith gaming;
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any other product where collusion could influence outcomes;
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illicit origin through the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or discriminatory communication toward hn777 staff or other players.

All content on the hn777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of hn777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software underlying the Platform;
• Use the hn777 name, logo or trademarks without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of hn777's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hn777 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;
• Interruptions to the Platform arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, and acts of government;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds data where such inaccuracy resulted from a third-party data provider error;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

hn777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your hn777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits hn777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

hn777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform — contact our support team to activate.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hn777 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

hn777 operates an internal complaints and dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint, you should first contact our support team with full details of the issue. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service.

hn777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated at the top.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — hn777 will notify you via the email address registered to your account prior to the changes taking effect. For minor or administrative changes, continued use of the Platform following publication of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.
